摘要
目的:评定G SM量表自动诊断系统用于农村地区老年抑郁症的信度和效度。方法:第一阶段由调查员将调查资料录入计算机,运用GM S-AGECAT进行诊断;第二阶段请两位精神科医生对第一阶段诊断有抑郁症的老年人,应用我国临床老年抑郁症诊断标准进行拟合诊断,并对两次诊断结果进行比较。结果:GM S-AGECAT在农村社区老年抑郁症诊断的信度和效度都较高。
Objectives To evaluate the reliability and validity of GMS-AGECAT in rural community. Methods Firstly the data was put into the computer and diagnosed by GMS-AGECAT ; Then two clinical doctors diagnosed the patient of the first stage according to the clinical diagnosed criterion of China. Result The AGECAT has high reliability and validity in rural communities.
