摘要
概述了用物理和化学方法对纳米TiO2粒子表面进行改性,讨论了反应机理.有机物改性是改善纳米TiO2颗粒表面的润湿性和分散性,无机物改性是为了提高纳米TiO2颗粒的耐久性和化学稳定性,降低粒子的表面能,提高粒子与有机相的亲和力和应用性或赋予新功能满足新材料、新技术发展和新产品开发的需要.文中所用的改性剂和改性工艺可供其他纳米颗粒的改性借鉴。
Nanometer TiO2 particles were surface modified physically and chemically, and the reaction mechanism was discussed. The modification with org. matters was for improving the wettability and dispersibility of the particles, and that with mineral ones was for increasing the durability and chem. stability., lowering the surface energy, improving the organophilicity and application properties of the particles, or giving new functions to the particles so that they could satisfy the requirements of the development of new materials, new technologies and new products. The modifier and modification process used by the authors could be used as reference when modifying other nanometer particles.
