摘要
研究了研磨工艺条件(如分散剂的种类、用量,研磨速度,研磨时间)对分散效果的影响.实验结果表明:复配的表面活性剂有较好的研磨效果,分散体系有较好的高温稳定性;应用实验表明:该荧光增白剂体系对涤纶织物有较好的增白效果,可以使涤纶织物达到要求的白度。
The effects of ball milling conditions, such as dispersant quality and amount, ball milling speed and time, on the dispersion result were studied. The exptl, results indicated that the formulated surfactants gave good milling results, and the dispersion system had good high temp. stability. The application expts showed that this fluorescent whitening agent yielded good whitening results and raised the whiteness of the polyester fiber fabrics to a satisfactory level.
