摘要
从系统理论和运输需求的概念出发,提出路网系统运输能力的概念。在此基础上,将运输需求与车流路径以及车流路径与路网系统运输能力的密切关系构造在车流路径的多目标决策模型和路网系统运能的模型之中。
The Rail Transportation Capacity (RTC) is one of the key problems about which the railway officials and researchers are concerned. So far, the concept of the RTC has been vague. On the basis of system theory, the paper presents the definition of the Rail Network System Transportation Capacity (RNSTC) which could be compared with the Demand for Transportation (DT) by the calculation unit ── ton-kilometre according to the product unit of transportation enterprises. Based on the relation between the DT and the traffic pathing and the relation between the traffic pathing and the RNSTC, the traffic pathing model with multi-objective function and the model for calculating the RNSTC are presented.
