炎症因子与糖尿病视网膜病变

Inflammatory cytokines and diabetic retinopathy

近年的研究发现许多炎症因子如C-反应蛋白、白细胞介素、肿瘤坏死因子-α、血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子与糖尿病视网膜病变的发生、发展密切相关。许多药物如非甾体抗炎药、他汀类药物、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂、噻唑烷二酮类药物均可使炎症因子表达水平下降。

Rencent studies show that inflammatorry cytokines such as C-reactive protein, interleukins, tumor necrosis factor-alpha,plasminogen inhibitor type 1 probably play a major role in the development of diabetic retinopathy. Many drugs such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, statins, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors,angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 recetor antagonists, thiazolidinediones can prevent the expression of inflammatory cytokines.
