摘要
实验研究了影响化学发光信号强度值的各种因素,初步探讨了体系产生化学发光的可能机理。在优化的实验条件下,氨基乙酸在1.0×10^-7~1.0×10^-4kg·L^-1的质量浓度范围内与化学发光信号强度呈良好的线性关亲.检出限(3σ)为3×10^-8~kg·L^-1。对质量浓度为1.0×10^-6kg·L^-1的氨基乙酸溶液连续测定11次。相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.8%,将该方法用于氨基乙酸模拟样品的分析,结果满意。
The new method for the determination of Amino acetic acid with flow injection chemiluminescence is here described. It is based on the chemiluminescence during the oxidation of Amino acetic acid by N-bromosuccinimide in alkaline medium in the presence of dichlorofluorescein as energy transfer. Various factors influencing the chemiluminescence system are studied thoroughly and a preliminary discussion on the mechanism of the CL reaction is also given. The linear range for Amino acetic acid is 1.0 × 10 ^-7 - 1.0 × 10^-4 kg · L^-1 with the relative standard deviation of 2.8% ( C = 1.0 × 10 ^-6 kg · L^-1 ,n = 11 ). Under the optimum conditions. The detection limit (3σ) is 3 × 10^-8 kg · L^-1, the recommended method has been successfully used for the analysis of Amino acetic acid of simulation sample.
