五藤汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床研究

Clincal Research of "Wuteng Tang" for Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:研究五藤汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床效果。方法:72例类风湿性关节炎病人分为治疗组和对照组,各36例。治疗组服用五藤汤,对照组服用雷公藤多甙片,均服用3个疗程。结果:经五藤汤治疗后,类风湿性关节炎的临床症状和体征改善显著,血沉、CRP,类风湿因子转阴率差异显著,血液流变学改善显著结论:五藤汤治疗类风湿性关节炎有明显疗效,无明显毒副作用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of ＂Wuteng Tang＂ in treatment of rheumatoid Arthritis. Methods：Seventy- two cases were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 36 cases were treated by the ＂Wuteng Tang＂ and control group in which 36 cases were treated by Leigongtengduodaipian, both with 3 courses of a moth. Results： Patients who treated by ＂Wuteng Tang＂ had improved in clinical symptoms and signs, ESR.CRP.RF and blood rheology. Conclusions：＂Wuteng Tang＂ is an effective medication for treatment of RA, and has no conspicuous side effects.
