摘要
目的为了解高职新生心理健康状况,及早发现学生中存在的心理问题,为有效开展心理健康教育及干预提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),分别于2004年和2005年对某院04级和05级的高职新生心理健康状况进行评定,并将结果进行年级间、系别间的比较。结果两个年级心理问题检出率都较高,分别是44.86%和48.33%,问题检出率较高的因子有强迫因子、人际关系敏感因子、焦虑因子、恐怖因子等,检出率最低的是躯体化因子。结论积极开展扎实有效的心理健康教育工作,以提高高职生的心理健康水平。
Objective To understand students' mental health in the Classes of 2004 and 2005, and catch mental health problems at' an early stage, and provide basis for further mental health education and counseling. Methods SCL- 90 was used to assess freshmen's mental health in year 2004 and 2005. Results were compared across academic departments as well as across enrollment classes. Results Relatively high occurrences of mental health problems were revealed. The percentage of students that reported mental health problems was 44. 86% and 48.33% for .year 2004 and 2005 respectively. The most commonplace mental health problems arise from coercion, sensitivity to human relations, anxiety, and fear. Physical conditions are least likely to cause mental health problems. Conclusion Tertiary :vocational colleges should actively promote mental health education in order to improve students' mental health.
