转8A型制动梁滚子轴装配方式改进意见

Ideas on Improvement of the Assembling Manner of Roller Shaft on Brake Beam for Truck 8A For Solving the Problem of Flaw Detection on Roller Shaft

我段遵照１９９２年６月起施行的《铁路货车段修规程》中要求对转８Ａ制动梁滚子轴实行探伤。先后采用过马蹄形探伤器、环形探伤仪、ＤＣＦ—Ｌ型磁粉探伤机进行滚子轴探伤，均不能达到目的。因而提出将现在滚子轴的装配方式改进为使滚子轴与闸瓦托能够自由分解的方式，以利实施探伤。

According to Railway Freight Car Depot Repair Specification which has been put into practice since June,1992,flaw detection is carried out on roller shafts of brake beams on trucks type 8A.The horse shoe shaped detector,ring shaped detector and DCF L type magnetic powder detector have early or later been adopted to detect the roller shafts,no result is obtained to reach the purpose.Hence,it is put forth that the current assembling form of roller shaft be improved so that the roller shaft and brake shoe can be freely disassembled for the convenience of flaw detection and that roller shaft can be replaced regularly.
