摘要
皱纹,是皮肤老化的重要标志,主要由自然老化与光老化共同产生,受多种因素影响。根据组织学及产生机制的不同,皱纹可分为4个基本类型。皱纹的分类分级方法较多,可根据研究目的或疗效评估需要,选用相应的分类分级方法。可用表面光度仪法、二维法、三维法、扫描电子显微镜法进行测量。常用的有抗皱活性的成分包括维A酸、α-羟基酸、鱼类多聚糖、抗氧化剂、抗酶素等。
Wrinkles, as a distinctive sign of skin aging, associated with many factors, are resulted from both intrinsic aging and photoaging. Wrinkles can be distinguished into four basic types according to their histological changes and pathogenesis. There are various kinds ofwrinkle classifications that can be chosen on demand and research purpose. The methods of wrinkles' measurement include profilometry, two-dimensional and three-dimensional methods and scanning electronic microscopy. Effective anti-wrinkle compounds include retinoids, alpha hydroxyl acids, fish polysaccharides, antioxidants, anti-enzymatic agents, etc.
