摘要
从金剐石圃锯片焊接(钎焊)刀头在石材切割过程中的受力分析出发,研究了作用力对刀头与基体间焊接强度的影响,提出了一个定量描述焊接强度的指标及该指标的确定方法,讨论了影响焊接强度的因素。
Based,on stress analysis,the welding strength between the segment and core of a diamond circular saw blade is studied. Thereby,a quantitative coefficient describing the welding strength is deduced and discussed in detail. Some factors affecting the welding strength are studied ,and a testing method for the strength is introduced.
