摘要 报告1例妊娠疱疹。患者女,24岁。妊娠22+周。在妊娠8+周时全身出现红斑、水疱,伴瘙痒,持续2个月后症状加重。组织病理检查示表皮下水疱,直接免疫荧光检查示基膜带IgG、C3呈线状沉积。 A 24-year-old pregnant woman had erythema and blister all over the hody for 2 months. Histopathology showed subcutaneous blister, direct immunofluorescene showed a linear deposition of IgG and C3 in basement memhrane zone.
