摘要 目的:为腓浅神经及其营养血管为蒂的筋膜皮瓣提供解剖学依据。方法:在30侧经股动脉灌注红色乳胶的成人下肢标本上,解剖观测了腓浅神经及其营养血管的来源、走行、分布、吻合及外径;2侧成人新鲜下肢标本墨汁灌注,观测腓浅神经营养血管的墨染范围。结果:腓浅神经有伴行营养血管,其伴行血管在其神经束间及神经旁相互吻合构成丰富的血管网,并借分支与筋膜皮支所形成的皮下筋膜血管网沟通,营养筋膜皮肤。结论:可设计带腓浅神经及其营养血管的筋膜皮瓣,顺行或逆行转位修复邻近部位皮肤、软组织缺损。 Objective: To provide anatomic basis of fascio-cutaneous flap pedicled with the superficial peroneal nerve and its nutrient vessels. Methods: The origin, course, distribution, anastomosis and outer diameter of superficial peroneal nerve and its nutrient vessels were observed on 30 adult lower limbs of cadavers perfused with red emulsion. The dyed area was observed on two adult fresh specimens injected by black ink. Results: Superficial peroneal nerve had its nutrien vessels. The nutrien vessels anastomosed with the nerve branch which formed rich vessel network among nerve tract or beside the nerve and connected with brachial vessel network by its branch. Conclusion: This type of flap (direct or retrograde) could be designed and be used for repairing adjacent soft tissue defects.
