Treatment of uterine endometrial carcinoma

子宫内膜癌是发病率最高的妇科恶性肿瘤,急需治疗规范化。但是,治疗上有很多争议。比如,手术范围、术后辅助治疗方式方法等。近几年这些方面的临床试验和探索很多。本文综述这些治疗进展,希望对该病的标准化治疗提供帮助。

Uterine endometrial carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor of gynecological cancers. Standardization of treatment is urgently needed in the clinic, but there are many controversies regarding its treatment, such as the extent of surgery and the choice of adjuvant therapy modality. In recent years, there have been many clinical trials and investigations into these problems. Here we review the advances in treatment, in hopes of leading the way for the standardization of treatment for uterine endometrial carcinoma.
