以端粒酶为靶点的反义核酸治疗颅内肿瘤的进展

摘要 随着肿瘤分子生物学和技术的发展,端粒与端粒酶研究已取得了一定进展,被认为是细胞分裂、增殖的基础。端粒酶与颅内恶性肿瘤发生,发展密切相关。是受到重视的一种全新的恶性颅内肿瘤标志物。以端粒酶为靶点、反义寡核苷酸为基础的端粒酶抑制剂治疗颅内恶性肿瘤具有重大的潜在应用价值,现介绍如下。
