摘要
本文以包含水冷系统的汽车用U型件热成彤模具为研究对象，以USIBOK1500超高强度硼钢板为试验材料，应用有限体积法，分析钢板和模具的温度变化规律，为热成形技术的实际使用提供理论参考，这对冲压节拍的确定有重要作用。
U-shaped part on automobile under the hot forming process is studied in this paper, with the material of USI- BOR1500. On base of heat transfer and structural mechanics, heat transfer characteristic is researched with the help of the finite element analysis software, which is meaningful for the application of high strength steel into automotive industry.
