主要利用文献计量学方法从主题词和关键词词频分布角度对近6年与医疗服务质量管理研究有关的文献进行了分析,并结合内容分析对近几年研究的重点和热点进行归纳,从整体上对医疗服务质量管理研究发展作了概括性的描述。

Applying with method of Bibliometrics; from the angle of word frequency Distribution of Mesh and koywords,the paper had studied author of open paper about medical service quality research Meanwhile,we summarized emphases and hotspot integrating with content analysis and synoptically descrbed,dsvelopment of medical service quality research as a whole.
