Analysis on the Ecological Development of Foreign Medical Security System——A Comparison of the Cases of America and Britain

我国医疗保障制度改革一直是我国公众所关心的大问题,同时也引起了相当的争论和意见。每个国家的医疗保障制度都是不断发展和变革的,它决定于一个国家不同时期文化、经济、政治等方面的生态环境。从美国和英国两个典型不同国家不同医疗保障制度的生态变迁出发,剖析它们的发展与生态背景的关系,希望对我国的医疗保障制度有所启示。

The medical security system reform in China has been a major issue of concern for the general public, but it has also caused considerable controversial opinions.The medical security system in each country is continually developing and changing. It is decided by acountry＇s, different periods of the ecological environment including cultural, economic, political factors.This paper, based on the ecological changes undergone by the two typically different medical security systems in America and in Britain, analyzes the relationship between their developments and ecological backgrounds, and it is hoped this paper could offer some insights for our medical security system.
