摘要
研究了硼酸水溶液的结晶特性。利用激光测量装置测定了硼酸水溶液在不同降温速率下的超溶解度和不同升温速率下的溶解度,拟合出硼酸的溶解度方程,得到了硼酸水溶液的介稳区宽度,推算出硼酸的成核幂级数m。实验结果表明:硼酸水溶液介稳区宽度在高温区狭窄而在低温区较宽,将结晶操作控制在介稳区之内,有助于硼酸的结晶生成;在中等浓度下,硼酸成核幂级数小,有利于晶体的生长,在该区域可获得较大粒度的晶粒。
The crystallization characteristics of boric acid aqueous solution were investigated. The ultra solubility of boric acid aqueous solution under different cooling rates and solubility under different heating rates were measured using the laser metering equipment; the solubility equation of boric acid aqueous solution was determined ; the rnetastable area and nuclear progression m were consequently calculated. The experimental results indicate that the metastable area of boric acid aqueous solution is narrow at high temperature and wide at low temperature;crystallization operation in the metastable area will be helpful to the crystallization production of the boric acid aqueous solution ;the crystal grows well under medium density because of the small nuclear progression, therefore crystal with greater granularity can be obtained in this area.
