河南省农业资源利用探析

Analyzing on Utilization of Agricultural Resources in Henan Province

为充分合理利用河南省的农业资源,笔者探析了河南省农业资源利用存在的问题,调查和研究资料表明:河南省人口的持续增长为农业资源利用带来很大压力,耕地面积不断减少、质量下降,多数耕地生产力较低;并不丰富的水资源,近几年污染严重、农业用水浪费普遍,用水效率急待提高;气候资源较为丰富,但仍未能充分利用,气象灾害危害较大;农作物种类多,农业生物资源比较丰富,部分地区的小麦、玉米等粮食作物产量高,但生产技术条件有待提高。最后针对存在的问题,提出解决对策。

In this paper, in order to utilizing agricultural resources sufficiently and reasonably in Henan province, the problems are briefly discussed of agricultural resources utilizing. The investigation and research recently showed： Population growth has brought high pressure to agricultural resources utilizing. Cultivated land area decreased continuously, the quality declined and the productivity of majority is low. Water resources are lacking and polluted badly, waste is universal phenomenon in agricultural utilizing recently, utilizing efficiency should be enhanced as quickly as possible. Climate resources is abundant, but not be utilized sufficiendy, and weather calamity is more harmful. Agricultural creature resources are plen- ty, crop is variety, the yield is very high of wheat and maize in some district/region, and however, production specifications should be improved. Finally, aiming at these existent problems, some measures are put forward.
