摘要
文章设计了一种基于计算机视觉的全自动高精度瓷砖在线质检系统。该系统首先采用快速的随机哈夫变换粗略检测瓷砖的边缘直线,缩小参数搜索范围,然后使用高精度的哈夫变换求出精确的直线方程。针对边缘破损的长度,面积等关键指标,文章还提出了相应的量化方法。该系统具有良好的检测精度和实时响应速度,取得了理想的应用效果。
The paper designed an automatic high precision ceramic tile quality control system based on computer vision. The system uses Randomized Hough Transform to detect line parameters roughly to speed up following procedures. Then, with Hough Transform, high precision parameters are gained and other descriptors for ceramic tile quality are thoroughly discussed. Besides the remarkable precision, the system also has real time responses whose efficiency is proved by experiments.
