摘要
针对“性能可靠性一体化设计”这一热点研究方向,文章提出了将EDA仿真和故障注入相结合的电路故障仿真方法。从介绍该方法的基本原理出发,详细论述了其中包含的故障建模、故障注入、故障判定的方法;通过对典型案例的仿真分析,验证了电子系统故障仿真方法的正确性,并证明该方法具有很强的工程实用价值。
To the hot research topic: analysis of integrating performance and reliability, this paper presents the circuit fault simulation method, which is combined the EDA simulation with fault injection. After describing the basic principle of such method, this paper discusses fault modeling, fault injection and fault judgment in detail, which are contained in circuit fault simulation. By using a representative ease, it is validated that the circuit fault simulation method is correct and the method will be significant for engineering practicability.
