摘要
文章提出一种分段线性补偿的带隙基准,可以大幅减小带隙基准的温度系数。在-40~120℃范围内,仅两级补偿就可以将某工艺条件下一种传统带隙基准的温度系数从15ppm/℃减小到2ppm/℃。如果增加补偿级数,温度系数还可以进一步减小。该补偿方法修正过程简单,并且具有通用性,不受具体工艺参数的限制。
A bandgap voltage reference is presented with a piecewise linearly compensating circuit in order to reduce the temperature coefficient greatly. With only two compensating stage, the temperature coefficient of a conventional bandgap reference falls down from 15ppm/℃ to 2ppm/℃ over the -40℃ to 120℃ temperature range. If more stages of compensating stages are added to the circuit, the temperature coefficient can be further decreased. The compensating circuit is simple and independent on the process.
