不同pH值水体对独行菜种子黏粘库蚊幼虫的影响

摘要 应用生物防制技术,在独行菜种子与库蚊幼虫数目的一定比例,但在不同pH值水体的条件下,观察该种子对库蚊幼虫黏粘的程度。实验结果表明,水体在不同pH值时对独行菜种子黏粘库蚊幼虫有不同的影响,偏酸、偏碱都导致黏粘数目的减少,而中性条件下黏粘数目最多;本实验还发现在同一龄期库蚊幼虫之间,不同pH值对其黏粘效果亦有显著的影响。 The degree of plant seeds adhering Culex pipiens pallens larvae has been observed in certain propotion of lepidium densiflorum seeds with Culex larvae-in water of different pH using biocontrol technique. It showed that the numbers of Culex larvae adhered by plant seeds were different in water of different pH the adhering numbers had been reduced in acid or alkaline water. However, the adhering numbers were the most in neutral water.Futher-more, it indicated that adhering effects were obviously different in different pH in the same instar of Culex larvae.
