结合当前在全国建设社会主义新农村和三农工作中存在的农业建设问题,针对甘肃省农业现状以及制约农业发展的各种因素进行了系统分析,利用农业高等学校图书馆丰富的文献资源和信息资源,为我省今后农业以及农业的可持续发展提供有利的帮助和前沿服务。

Combining with the agricultural construction problems existing in the current construction of socialist new countryside and ＂agriculture, rural area and farmer＂ work, the paper has undertaken system analysis of the current situation of agriculture in Gansu province and the various factors restricting agricultural development. By making use of the rich documentation and information resources of agricultural university libraries, it is essential to provide beneficial and help and service for agriculture and a sustainable development of agriculture in Gansu Province in years to come.
