摘要
以牛油、三乙醇胺、氢氧化钠为原料合成两种混合的中间体,再与TX-10复配得到一种固体复合脱墨剂。此脱墨剂具有良好的水溶性和稳定性,对纸纤维具有良好的渗透性,与油墨粒子具有较强的相溶性,使油墨从纤维表面脱离,并且能将洗脱的油墨粒子富集于脱墨液表面。应用于废旧报纸脱墨过程均具有优良的脱墨效果,在硬水介质脱墨过程中能够显著降低Ca2+、Mg2+的的干扰,具有良好的乳化、起泡、分散、渗透和捕集油墨粒子的作用。
Glycerine tristearate, triethanolamine and sodium hydroxide were used as major materials to synthesize two mixed intermediates, which were then compounded with TX-10 thus a compound deinking agent was derived. The compound agent has desirable water solubility and stability, good penetrability to fiber, the particle of printing ink is soluble in this compound solution, the printing ink can be disengaged from the fiber surface and the eluted printing ink can be concentrated on the deinking liquor surface. The agent has excellent deinking effects in the deinking process of waste newspaper and has an obvious ability to reduce the interference of Ca^2+. Mg^2+ even in hard water, thus is desirable in emulsifying, bubbling, dispersing, penetrating and trapping printing ink particle.
