如意金黄散乳膏的制备及其抗炎消肿作用研究

PREPARATION OF RUYI JINHUANG SAN CREAM AND INVESTIGATION OF ITS PROTECTIVE EFFECT ON INFLAMMATION AND TUMEFACTION

对如意金黄散乳膏制备工艺进行了研究，并确定了质量控制标准。该乳膏由黄柏、苍术、益母草等纯中药组成。经药理学试验，结果表明：如意金黄散乳膏有明显抗炎、消肿作用（Ｐ＜０．０１），并且该乳膏的抗炎、消肿作用强于如意金黄散糊剂（Ｐ＜０．０１）。和氢化可的松乳膏作用相似（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

We studied the method of preparation and quality control of Ruyi Jinhuang San cream.This cream is composed of pure herb,such as CORTEX PHELLODENDRI、PHIZOMAATRACTYLODIS HERBALEONURI and so on By pharmacological experiments,the result showed that Ruyi Jinhuang San cream possesses markedly protective effect on inflammation and tumefaction(P<0. 01). Moreover, the effect of Ruyi Jinhuang San cream is stronger than that of Ruyi Jinhuang San paste(P<0. 01)and similar to that of hydrocortisone cream(P>0. 05).
