建立可持续发展的历史文化名城保护更新机制

Establish the Sustainable Development of the Mechanism of Preservation and Renewal of Historic Cultural Cities

面对当前在旧城更新中建筑文化遗产保护所遇到的种种尴尬和问题,笔者从保护与更新内容的界定、保护性开发机制的系统性、管理体系的规范性和保护机制的延续性四个方面,立足于建立系统科学的历史文化名城保护更新机制,探讨城市建筑文化遗产保护开发利用的途径和方法,使其在实施城市和谐和可持续发展战略中发挥重要作用。

Faced with the variety of eun-ent awkwardness and problems of preserving architectural cultural heritage in city renovation, the author explore the approaches and methods of the development and utilization of pzeserving urban architectural cultrual heritage from the demarcation of the content for preservation and rcnewal, the systematicness of the mechanism of preservative development, the regulativeness of adndnistration system, and the continutuity of preservation mechanism. Based on establishing systematic scientific mechanism of preservation and renewal of historic cultural cities, the paper intends that the approaches and me,hods will play an important role in the urban harmonization and sustainable development.
