摘要
家庭旅游市场作为重要的细分市场之一,在近40年来引起了国外学者的广泛关注。本文从家庭旅游的决策阶段与决策因子、每个决策阶段及因子的主导者和影响者、影响角色分配的核心因素等方面的研究入手,对国外有关家庭旅游决策制定过程的研究成果进行了总结、归纳,以期为旅游研究人员和营销、经营管理人员的理论研究与实践应用提供参考。
As one of the most important segment markets, family travel market has invited widespread concerns of overseas researchers in the past 40 years. On the basis of overseas literatures, this paper summarized the decision-making process of family travel from three aspects, namely, the steps and factors involved in the decision-making process, the specific things in each step and the leading factors involved, as well as the core factors that affect roles dis "tnbution. The results of this summary are expected to be able to offer a helpful reference for theoretical and operational practices of tourism researchers, and marketing and management personnel.
