The Theory about Special Power Relation

特别权力关系是实实在在存在的一种社会关系,近几年来,在司法审判的推动下,我国的相关研究已经起步。文章分析了特别权力关系的内涵、特征及对我国的启示等,重点提出中国共产党党员和党组织之间的关系也属于特别权力关系。

The special authority relations are one kind of social relations which really exists, in the last few years, in under the judicial trial impetus, our country＇s correlation research already started.
