摘要
培训者的行为意识决定着培训过程的行为,影响着培训实施的走向和培训目标的实现程度。为此,在当前基础教育课程改革背景下,培训者要找准切入点,自觉重塑鲜明而合理的研究意识、学习意识、服务意识和创新意识。
Trainers' behavior consciousness not only decides the training process, but also affects the direction and the extent to which the training achieves its goal. Therefore, in accordance with the curriculum reform of elementary education, trainers must keep a correct perspective to reconstruct a clear and reasonable research consciousness, study consciousness, service consciousness and creativity consciousness.
