摘要
本文从教育成长、协调成长以及聚焦成长等自身因素及科技政策、政治与经济环境、学术环境等社会因素为聚焦点剖析了学科带头人成长所必须的良好心理环境、外部自然环境和宽松的制度环境。
Based on the study of the education system as well as the study of current technological, political and economical policies, this paper explores the psychological, natural and political environments leading to the success of the new century academic foregoers.
