小儿外伤性肘内翻截骨后穿针固定的改进──介绍一种简易加压固定法

The Improvement of Fixation with Kirschner Wires after Osteotomy in Traumatic Cubitus Varus of Children-Introduction of An Easy Compression Fixation Method.

本文介绍一种肘内翻截骨后横穿克氏针用粗丝线和橡皮筋捆绑的简易加压固定方法。通过１０例临床观察和随诊证明：固定确切、可靠；因有加压作用，愈合快；由于稳定性好，可早期即术后２周开始练屈伸活动，功能恢复快。

In osteotomy therapy of cubitus varus,the oblique Kirschner wires can not fix the two sections firmly,thus the recurrence of varus is possible.A new method is applied by the author with penetrating a wire transversly above and below the osteotomy line respectively,the wires are tied with“8”-like thick silks and the elastic loops are bound to the ends of the wires.Stability is obtained.Early functional exercises can be adopted.Both the healing of the bone and the function recovery become faster.Through applying in 10 cases with 9 follow-ups above 1 year, satisfactory results of correction and excellent function recovery are obtained.The design of the osteotomy along with its purpose, significance as well as critical points are discussed.
