椎弓根螺钉哈氏棒半环式同种异体骨压片治疗胸腰段不稳定型骨折

Treatment of Unstable Fracture of Thoracic and Lumbar Vertebra with Vertebral Arch Screw,Harringtion's Rods and Halfringed Allogenic Bone (Report of 22 Cases)

作者用椎弓根螺钉哈氏棒半环式同种异体骨压片治疗胸腰段不稳定型骨折２２例。该法的特点是椎弓根螺钉与哈氏棒联用，并于棒下即脊柱骨折成角畸形顶点置以半环式异体骨压片，临床效果满意。术后平均矫正畸形角２１．７°，椎体压缩高度平均恢复３３．７％，移位改善率为１５％，其中１６例有Ⅰ级以上神经功能恢复占８４．２％。无感染及神经症状加重等并发症。着重讨论了应用原理及优点。

Twenty-two cases of unstable fracture of thoracic and lumbar vertebra were treated with a new method of operation designed by the authors.Pedicle of vertebral arch screw and Harrington's rods were used together. It was the main charateristic of the new operation.Half-ringed allogenic bone was put under Harrington's rods on the top of the angle of the vertebral deformity.The clinical result was satisfactory.The average angle of correction was 21.7°.The compressed height of vertebra was corrected for 33.7%The vertebrae malformation was corrected for 15%.The nerve function recovered for at least one degree in 84.2%of the cases.Complications had not been found such as infections and the damage of nerve functions, This article discussed the applied principle and the benefit of the new method.
