摘要
培养具有创新精神与创造能力的高素质人才,全面提高学生的数学素质,切实加强应用数学的意识,构建数学系列课程中各门课程的结构、比例,达到知识结构合理、能力水平增加、综合素质提高的目的,以适应21世纪对各类人才的数学素质的要求.
It is argued that the creative competence is the objective of the curricular reforms of the mathematics. So the students are requested to develop their awareness of mathematics, to reconstruct the curricular structures and quantity of mathematics, and ultimately to build up the competence in the applications of mathematics.
