我国国有外贸企业的困惑及其发展对策

The Problem and Restructure Countermeasures of State-owned Foreign Trade Enterprises in China

随着非国有外贸企业的进入,国有外贸企业面临日益严峻的内外部挑战,本文分析了国有外贸企业困惑的原因并认为应该建立现代企业制度、合理进行资产重组、改善经营结构、创新经营战略,外贸企业方能在市场竞争中立稳脚跟、应对挑战。

This paper thinks that the state - owned foreign trade enterprises should be reformed thoroughly and it＇ s necessary to establish the modern enterprises＇ system, reorganize assets reasonably, improve the operational structure, and innovate business strategies and so on.
