The urban rural worker is a special colony in the city, who is playing a very important role in city＇s development. However, the incomplete social security mechanism and the discrimination lead to the rural worker＇ s question. This text, through pondering over rural worker＇s crime from constructing the harmonious society and from their living situation, takes a probe into its main cause, and tries to safeguard the social stability and construct the socialist harmonious society in terms of society and government.
