In recent years, the private enterprise of Hefei is fast growing, the state of owner＇s colony is very complicated too. As a new social stratum, how to absorb the excellent person of the private entrepreneurs into in-ner-party is a brand-new job which has strong political nature. In order to carry out the spirit ot 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China in an all-round way, we must take fully understanding and grasping the present private entrepreneur＇s essential feature and ideology and politics state as the base to strengthen the instruction and education with positive and cautious attitude.
