急性淋巴细胞型白血病细胞体外培养研究

THE STUDY FOR CULTURE OF ACUTE LYMPHOBLASTlC LEUKEMIA CELLS IN VITRO

建立了急性淋巴细胞型白血病（ＡＬＬ）细胞体外半固体培养体系，对１２例ＡＬＬ细胞进行了体外培养观察，同时对ＡＬＬ细胞集落形成的因素进行了研究。

ALL cells culturing method was established in vitro. After investigating the cellgrowth in 12 cases of acute lymphoblastic loukemia(ALL)in vitro,we considercd that themethod has simplcity,stability and higher colonies forming incidence. The factors that influencethe colony formation of ALL cells werc also studied.
