急性前壁心梗急诊介入与静脉溶栓治疗对近期预后的影响

Short-term Effects of Emergency Angioplasty and Intravenous Thrombolysis on Acute Anterior Myocardial Infarction

目的:探讨急性前壁心肌梗死溶栓与介入再灌注治疗对治疗后近期预后的影响。方法:入选65例急性前壁心肌梗死患者,随机分组为急诊介入33例或溶栓治疗32例。比较3个月后左室收缩期容积指数、左室舒张期容积指数、左室舒张期球形指数及主要心律失常的发生情况,问卷调查心绞痛发生情况。结果:急诊介入治疗患者左室重构指标、主要心律失常发生率以及再发心绞痛情况均明显优于溶栓治疗组。结论:对急性心肌梗死再灌注治疗,急诊介入短期预后优于溶栓。

Objective：To evaluate the short- term effects of angioplasty and intravenous thrombolysis on acute anterior myocardial infarction. Methods： 65 patients with acute anterior myocardial infarction were choosed and randomly divided into two groups： group with emergency angioplasty （n = 33） or group with intravenous thrombolysis （ n = 32）. After 3 months, the left ventricular systolic volume index （LVSI）, Left ventricular diastolic volume index, left ventricular diastolic spherical index （SI） and arrhythmia were compared, and the stroke of angina pectoris was inquired by questionnaire, Results： The index of left ventricular reconstruction and the stroke of arrhythemia and angina pectoris in group with emergency angioplasty was superior to that in group with intravenous thrombolysis. Conclusion： The short - term effect of emergency angioplasty is better than that of intravenous thrombolysis in treatment of acute myocardial infarction,
