摘要
目的:探讨升阳十一味丸治疗肿瘤的分子机制。方法:用升阳十一味丸治疗肿瘤鼠,以免疫组化方法测定bax的表达情况。结果:与阴性对照组相比,治疗组bax表达上调,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:该药有抑制肿瘤的作用。
Objective： To discuss in the molecular mechanism of Shengyangshiyi pill in treating tumor. Methods： The mice with tumor were administrated with shengyangshiyi pill. The expression of bax was detected by immunohistochemical methods. Results： The expression of bax in treatment group was upregulated when Compared with controls, Showing significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Shengyangshiyi pill plays role in inhibiting tumor.
