Effect of AF System on Thoracolumbar Vertebral Fracture

目的:分析AF内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨折脊髓损伤的疗效。方法:采用AF内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨析66例,胸椎8例,腰椎58例。其中20例合并不同程度的脊髓损伤,行椎板减压脊髓探查术。结果:被压缩的椎体前缘高度,术后均恢复到90%以上,椎管扩大,术后神经功能恢复较满意。结论:AF内固定系统配合椎板减压是治疗胸腰椎骨析有效方法之一。

Objective.To evaluate the efficacy of AF internal fixation on thoracolumbar vertebral fracture. Methods： 66 cases of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture underwent AF internal fixation, including 8 thoracic vertebral fracture and 58 lumbar vertebral fracture. 20 of 66 cases complicated with injury in spinal cord performed decompression in vertebral plate and exploration in spinal cord. Results： The height in anterior boder of compressed veteral bodies recovered over 90 %, and the vertebral canal enlarged. The nerve function recovered satisfactorily. Conclusion： AF interal fixation and decompression in vertebral plate is effective in treating thoracolumbar vertehral fracture.
