摘要
新课程背景下历史学科培训的培训目的是培养学习型、研究型的历史教师。因此,对于培训策略的思考与研究是完全必要的。通过对西安地区中学历史教师培训期望的调查,辅以对西安地区的文化背景、经济基础、教育资源、通讯及网络条件、受训者的适应性和西安市政府对中学历史教师的希望以及培训者本身所具备的条件的分析,在现代教育理论下,我们提出“一个中心,两个课堂,多种模式”的培训策略。这种培训策略是以受训教师个性化自主学习和自我提高为中心、在理论培训课堂上采用多种模式进行培训教学,使受训教师能够迅速把所得知识和理论内化为实际能力,应用于教学实践课堂。
Training of history teachers in the background of new course standard aims at developing teachers in continuous study and scientific researches. It is of great significance to do scientific researcheЗ on training strategies. An analysis of the local culture, economy, educational resources, computer - assistant - instruction environment, and the training expectation of both the municipal government and the trainees indicates that the training strategy of "one center, two classrooms, multi- pattern" helps trainees to apply theoretical knowledge to teaching practice.
