抗艾滋病病毒治疗研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 从第1例艾滋病（AIDS）患者发现以来，对AIDS患者处理方法，经历了不采取措施、预防治疗机会性感染、单药抗病毒、2种药物联合抗艾滋病病毒（HIV）和联合使用3种及3种以上药物等几个时期。单纯使用预防肺孢子菌治疗时期和此前时期相比，人均生存时间延长0．26年。同没有接受抗病毒时期相比，抗病毒治疗的4个时期人均生存时间分别延长7．81、11．05、11．57和13．33年。在美国，对HIV／AIDS患者治疗的直接结果是延长生命累计约300万年.
