Treatment and cure of acute leukemia infected children with varicella complication

对32例白血病水痘进行分析。结果表明其最高体温、发热持续时间、皮疹持续天数、皮疹程度及内脏播散等方面均明显高于对照组(P均<0.001),死亡2例,病死率为6.25%。早期应用无环鸟苷治疗能明显缩短退热时间,加速皮损愈合,减少内脏播散;合理使用糖皮质激素并不会增加危险。

Thirty-two children of acute leukemia complicated with severe varicel|a were analysed. Significant differences (P<0.001) were seen in elevation and duration of the fever, severity and duration of the skin rash, and the visceral dissemination in severe varicella when compared with the control subjects. The mortality was 6.25%. Early acyclovir therapy shortened the duration of fever, hastened rash healing and prevented visceral dissemination. Right use of steroid wouldnt increase the risk of severe varicella.
