摘要
目的:建立不同果型山茱萸种子的鉴别方法。方法:对山茱萸7个果型的种子(果核)的性状进行了观察描述,并作了蛋白电泳分析。结果;山茱萸不同果型种子的形状、种形指数(直径/长度)和千粒重都有差别。蛋白电泳图谱显示,不同果型山茱萸种子的电泳谱带非常近似,特别是A区的一级带都是三条,显示出种的一致性。但在B区和C区,谱带的着色度及数量却有区别。结论:实验结果可为山茱萸栽培品种划分及选育种提供理论依据。
Objective : To establish the idnetification method on the fruit shape of Cornus officinalis Sieb. et. Zucc. Methods : The seeds from 27 fruit types were observed and described and the protein electrophoresis analysis were carried out. Results: The Seed shape, seed form index and 1000-grain weight were difference. The patterns of protein bands of different seed shape were similar with 3 bands in A area, but differences in the colour and the number in B area and C crea. Conclusion: The result can provide some foundation for identification and heredity breeding of Comus officinalis.
