青钱柳正丁醇部位化学成分研究 被引量:14

摘要 从青钱柳的正丁醇部位中得到5个化学成分,经理化常数和光谱分析推定了其中三个成分的化学结构,分别为槲皮素3-氧-α-L-鼠李糖苷、3-氧-咖啡酰基奎宁酸丁酯和3-O-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl]-28-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-hederagenin,均为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Five chemical constituents were obtained from the butanol extraction of Cyclocarya paliurus( Batal. ) Iljinsk. By means of physicochemical and spectral methods, three of the constituents were identified as kaempferol 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside( Ⅰ ), 3-O- caffeoylquinic acid butyl ester ( Ⅱ ) and 3-O- [ β-D-xylopyranosyl- ( 1-3 ) -α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- ( 1-2 ) -α-L-arabinopyranosyl ) -28 -O- ( α- L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1-4) -β-D-glucopyranosyl- (1-6) -β -D-glucopyranosyl ] -hederagenin ( Ⅲ ). All of the three compounds were isolated for the first time from the plant of Cyclocarya paliurus( Batal. ) Iljinsk.
