摘要
通过酸水浸提,大孔吸附树脂吸附,对女贞子红色素进行了纯化,并对其稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,女贞子色素易溶于水和酒精,在酸性条件下稳定性良好,耐热性较好,常见金属离子如Ca2+、Ni2+、Cu2+、Mn2+、Fe2+等对其无不良影响,但氧化剂对色素的稳定性有较大影响。
Red pigment from Fructus Ligustri lucidi was isolated by acidic water extraction and adsorption with macroporous adsorptive resin, stability of the pigment was studied. The results showed that the pigment had good solubility in water and alcohol. It was stable in acidic condition, and was relatively steady in heat-resisting. Ca^2+、Ni^2+、Cu^2+、Mn^2+ and Fe^2+ had no affection on the absorption of the pigment, but it showed less stability against oxidant.
