胃痛系列中成药的临床与实验研究

Clinical and Experimental Studies on Series of Chinese Medicines for Stomachache

气滞胃痛冲剂、虚寒胃痛冲剂、阴虚胃痛冲剂,是根据中医理论研制而成的治疗胃痛的中成药.在临床治疗中观察了1531例,共治愈294例(19.20%);显效669例(43.70%);有效462例(30.18%);无效106例(6.92%);总有效病例数1425例,总有效率93.08%.同时还对这三种中成药进行了药效学、急性毒性等实验研究.

Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the author prepared a series of Chinese powder medicines for treatment of three TCM syndromes (qi stagation,deficient cold and yin deficiency)of stomachache. Their therapeutic effects were observed in 1531 patients. The results showed that 294 cases (19. 20%) were cured, 669 cases (43. 70%) markedly effective,462 cases(30. 18%) improved and 106 cases(6. 92%) ineffective, the total effective rate was 93. 08%. Experimental studies on pharmacodynamics and acute toxicity also had been made in these medicines.
