摘要
以S-α-苯乙胺为手性试剂,通过其与三种不同不饱和酸、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸和10-t-烯酸的衍生物酰氯的缩合反应合成出了三种可用于加成聚合反应的手性酰胺类单体,产物纯度高。对反应机理进行了初步探讨,确定了最佳反应条件。
Three kinds of chiral amides, which could be used to addition polymerize to chiral polymers, were synthesized using condensation of (S)-α-phenylethylamine with acryhic acid, methacrylic acid and 10-undecylenic acid. The purity of the monomers is very high. And the reaction mechanism was discussed. The reaction conditions were confirmed in detail.
